We require 50% up front and the remainder upon completion for jobs estimated to be done in a few days. For larger jobs, this will be discussed.

A small job with minimal planning can be quoted over the phone or in person at no cost. If the job requires design and planning, we will charge for the estimate but if awarded the job it will be taken off the invoice.
